Meet the Frankie: Caity Price, Customer Success Manager

Tell us about your career journey to date and what led you to FrankieOne.

I started my career as a lawyer at ASIC, mostly in the Equity Markets team. I knew I wanted to stay in the finance sector and read about FrankieOne in a news article towards the end of 2021. I wasn't looking for a job at the time, but I remember feeling really excited about the changes that FrankieOne was making in the space (and the speed at which they were making change!), so I emailed jobs@frankieone.com to organise a chat.

What led you to a role in Customer Success? What does being a Customer Success Manager involve?

I hadn't heard of Customer Success before FrankieOne, it’s a role that our COO Warren told me about given my previous work experience. Being a Customer Success Manager means being the biggest advocate for your customers inside the business - you ensure that their voices are being heard and that their needs are being met. Our purpose is to work together with our customers so they can achieve their business goals.

What do you love about working at FrankieOne?

At FrankieOne, I feel very lucky to work with a group of passionate, experienced and funny people. I have learned things about design, sales and engineering from other Frankies, and love the vibes that they bring to the office.

Do you have any advice for people looking to work at a startup?

Working at a start-up is fast paced and challenging but equally rewarding and fun. It will allow you grow quickly and think beyond the norm or ways we have always done things. If you're passionate about challenging the status quo and imagining the world in a different way, then a startup is the place for you.

What was your dream job when you were growing up?

Surprisingly, I wanted to be a fashion designer. I haven't been asked to re-design Frankie's merch yet...

What’s a fun fact that you think people should know?

I have a really cute cat called Ragnar!
